By tracking progress you can assess what strategies work for hacking growth and which do not so you can quickly abandon time sucks and double down on what works. For social media or marketing positions, key KPI's will be engagement rates on social, lead generator downloads, open and click rates on emails, and website traffic.
3 | Schedule Quarterly Goal Check ins
With clear responsibilities and goals articulated you want to be also provide your team with regular check ins so they know where they stand with you and how they're performing in their role. This gives them a clearer path to run in and succeed or alternatively a feelings-free outline of why it's not working out if you must part ways. Of course the goal is that, this equips your team members to be superstars for your brand!
