do you have low minimum factories?
Yes, we have several factories with 200-500 MOQs. Please keep in mind, this is only production minimums and not fabric minimums which is up to your textile mill. If you need less than 300 units you will be better served finding a local factory first who specializes in small batch first before coming to THR3EFOLD.
WHat makes a factory ethical or sustainable?
All factories on our platform must hold an ethical certification that has been conducted by an outside auditing body. You can learn more about the standards we require here. We often find ethically certified factories also take extra measures to be more sustainable as well however our certifications are mainly labor focused. We encourage you ask the factory how they are practicing sustainability and work with them to be more sustainable during your production as well.
Do I get access to all factories?
Yes! Your membership gives you instant access to our full database of ethically certified factories. We believe in putting the choices in your hands to make the best decision for you.
how Does THR3EFOLD vet factories?
THR3EFOLD is not an auditing body but rather a platform to gather all already certified factories in one place. We only accept the social compliance / labor certifications that require an in-person audit. When a factory applies, they must submit a current certification from one of our approved certifications (WRAP, Betterwork, SA8000, GOTS, World Fair Trade Organization, Fair Wear Foundation, and Smeta's SEDEX). Our team reviews this certification and cross references it with the certifying body in question to verify its validity.
WHAT DO I NEED BEFORE REACHING OUT TO SUPPLIERS?
You will need at least a tech pack, desired quantity, ideal price range, and turnaround time. This will allow the factory to give you a more accurate price quote and fast track your sourcing.

WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT DOES YOUR TEAM PROVIDE?
We know 1,000,000 questions come up when you are building a brand and not everything can be Googled. When this happens, please email your question with background and visual examples (if needed) to our Brand Team and they will respond within 1-3 business days.
WHY IS IT ONLY EMAIL SUPPORT?
We offered weekly group coaching during the pandemic to provide support and connection when it was needed most, but recently we have seen our brands experiencing the zoom fatigue and growing pressure to perform every week that we have all collectively felt in 2022. So we have restructured our membership to be an ever present support when needed at the pace you prefer.
WHEN ARE THE QUARTERLY WEBINARS?
Webinars will be once a quarter on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday at 12p EST. We find this is the best way to include as many time zones as possible for our global customer reach. You will receive at least one month's notice if not longer on the upcoming webinar so you can plan to attend.
WILL THE WEBINARS BE AVAILABLE IN RECORDING?
Yes! We know that life happens so every webinar will be recorded and available for viewing for one week after the planned date.
ARE the COURSES worth it?
Absolutely! Our THR3EFOLD team has 40 years of experience at top companies in the fashion industry in NYC and are experts on what it takes to build a brand in today's noisy market. HOW MUCH IS THE EMERGING BRAND MEMBERSHIP?
Your total investment is $4,000 which is paid monthly at $333. Take advantage of a 25% discount ($1,000 off) by paying for the year up front.
HOW IS PAYMENT PROCESSED?
We run membership through our platform which uses Stripe to process payments. Stripe is a secure and trusted company and we do not have access to your credit card details.
WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY MEMBERSHIP?
If this isn't the right fit for you, you can have a full refund in the first 30 days. We want this to be a fit for you, which is why we ask so many questions in your application and hold interviews. If you are having doubts please schedule a call with our team to discuss your concerns.
